Steven Tyler successfully urged the state of Hawaii to pass a bill protecting celebrities from paparazzi.


On Tuesday, Hawaii passed the Steven Tyler Act, a bill that makes taking unwanted pictures or videos of celebrities in private moments a civil violation, the Associated Press reports.
