Olympics: Russia Pokes Fun at Opening Ceremony Misfire During Closing Ceremony

The 2014 Winter Olympics — the costliest games in Olympic history, according to NBC — have officially come to an end. The theme of Sunday’s Closing Ceremony was “Reflections of Russia,” and it featured tributes to Russian musicians, writers and important cultural figures.


Delegations from each participating country also paraded through the ceremony, and medals were awarded for some of the final events, including women’s and men’s cross-country skiing.
