Scarlett Johansson Wins Defamation Lawsuit Against French Author

Scarlett Johansson was awarded $3,400 in damages this week stemming from a lawsuit she filed against French author Gregoire Delacourt, whose 2013 novel The First Thing We Look At features a character who bears a strong resemblance to Johansson and is treated like “a sex object,” The Associated Foreign Press reports.
