Now that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been exposed to the world aboveground (people! danger! pizza!), their life in the New York City sewers seems rather lacking in comparison. Mikey (Greg Cipes) in particular, is feeling the need to find other people in his life who don’t pick on him and think he’s an idiot. In short, he needs a friend.
