Week 4, Ho! 


Red team is definitely feeling the pressure. We have just eliminated Cate and all we want to do is eat dinner and get some rest. 


But it wouldn’t be a week on the Biggest Loser ranch if there weren’t a wrench tossed into our plan. Alison Sweeney and the trainers (Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Dolvett Quince) walk into the kitchen and tell us that three more people will be leaving the ranch. Automatically, our first thought is “NO! We can’t eliminate three more people tonight!”
