Every season on The Voice, there are certain contestants who are clearly stars from Day 1. During Monday’s blind auditions, Melanie Martinez secured a spot as one of those stars to watch this fall.
With a voice as unique as her style, Martinez wowed the coaches during her hauntingly quirky rendition of Britney Spears‘ “Toxic.” The cover earned the young singer three button pushes and soon the trio was battling it out to see who would get to add the unique singer to their team.
