Life’s a beach, or at least Abe would like to see if it could be.
The 22-year-old star of TLC’s Breaking Amish, which premieres Sunday at 10/9c, is one of five young men and women who leave the strict traditions of their Amish/Mennonite lifestyles to explore a possible life in New York. The stakes are high because even if they decide to return to their homes, they risk being shunned by their communities and families.
